On April 29, 2024, Levan Ioseliani, Public Defender of Georgia, met with Faig Guliyev, Ambassador Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary of Azerbaijan to Georgia.

The issues of protecting the rights of ethnic minorities living in Georgia, the need to improve the quality of bilingual education and the importance of the 4+1 programme, which gives non-Georgian students the opportunity to receive full-fledged higher education were discussed at the meeting.
