On April 12, 2023, Levan Ioseliani, Public Defender of Georgia, and Tamar Gvaramadze, First Deputy Public Defender of Georgia, met with Shalva Papuashvili, Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, and Mikheil Sarjveladze, Chairman of the Human Rights Committee of the Parliament of Georgia.

The parties discussed issues of strategic cooperation, the plan for considering the annual report and the measures to be taken for the protection of human rights in the country.
