Public Defender Meets with Prime Minister’s Human Rights Adviser
On September 24, 2021, Public Defender Nino Lomjaria and the Deputies of the Public Defender, Tamar Gvaramadze, Giorgi Burjanadze and Ekaterine Skhiladze met with the Human Rights Adviser to the Prime Minister of Georgia, Niko Tatulashvili.
The Public Defender spoke about the importance of involving civil society and stakeholders in the process of developing the human rights strategy and briefed the Prime Minister's Adviser on issues that she believes should be reflected in the new strategy.
At the end of the meeting, the parties discussed future joint cooperation in the field of human rights.
