On March 22, 2023, Levan Ioseliani, Public Defender of Georgia, met with Vladimir Shkolnikov and Besarion Bokhashvili, representatives of the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (UN OHCHR) in Georgia.

At the introductory meeting, the guests congratulated Levan Ioseliani on his election to the Public Defender’s position and wished him success. The Public Defender and the representatives of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights discussed prospects of future cooperation in terms of protection of human rights.
