On March 29, 2023, Public Defender Levan Ioseliani visited Batumi Penitentiary Establishment No. 3, where he met with high-risk prisoners, listened to their problems and promised help within his mandate. He also met with the director of the establishment and discussed challenges related to the protection of human rights in the institution.
