Project objective: The project aimed facilitation to conduct of elections in a transparent and fair environment, provision of impartial information to public, identification of human rights violation facts and making timely response, exercise of the legislative authority of the Public Defender – inspection of the constitutionality of the elections.

Project Activities:

• Identification of human rights violation cases in election period and making adequate response;
• Monitoring of complaints handling in District Election Commissions;
• Trial monitoring, submission of amicus-curie if necessary;
• Comprehensive examination of election related complaints, analysis of identified problems, assessment of constitutionality of elections and preparation of the special report.
