On September 21, 2023, the Public Defender of Georgia, Levan Ioseliani, visited semi-open and closed penitentiary establishment No. 15 in Ksani.

Levan Ioseliani talked to prisoners, met with the administration, viewed infrastructure and inspected living conditions.

The Public Defender continues to monitor penitentiary institutions.
