On 6 February 2019, Public Defender Nino Lomjaria and First Deputy Public Defender Tamar Gvaramadze met with the affected depositors of Ltd Financial Company Georgia.

The Public Defender once again listened to the problems of the depositors and promised to communicate with the responsible agencies.

On 31 July 2017, Tbilisi City Court ordered pre-trial detention for the director of the Financial Company Georgia and other individuals for embezzling a large amount of citizens' finances in a group. Since then, the affected citizens have been demanding consideration of the issue of compensation by the Government.
