On March 11, 2024, Levan Ioseliani, Public Defender of Georgia, met with Matúš Bušovský, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Slovakia to Georgia.

The Public Defender informed the Ambassador about the Office's mandate and priorities, talked about the general human rights situation in Georgia and the involvement of the Public Defender's Office in the process of implementation of measures regarding the EU membership status.

The parties expressed their readiness for future cooperation.
