On June 13, 2023, Levan Ioseliani, Public Defender of Georgia, met with Anne Toft Sørensen, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Denmark to Georgia and Armenia.

The topics discussed at the introductory meeting included the general situation of human rights in the country, the mandate and priorities of the Public Defender.

The Ambassador congratulated the Public Defender on his election to the position and expressed readiness for future cooperation.
