Project objective: The aim of the project was to strengthen activities of the Public Defender's Office in the Kakheti region.

Project activities: The project aimed strengthening the activities of the Public Defender's Office in the Kakheti region; in particular, to employ contact persons in Akhmeta, Sagarejo, Gurjaani and Kvareli, to raise awareness, to hold meetings with representatives of municipalities, non-governmental organizations and state agencies and to organize trainings in human rights for different target groups.
