Representative of Public Defender of Georgia Delivers Speech at 24th OSCE Ministerial
On December 8, 2017, Izabella Osipova, Executive Secretary of the Council of National Minorities under the Public Defender, delivered a speech on the efforts of the Public Defender of Georgia in the field of protection of the rights of national minorities at the 24th OSCE Ministerial in Vienna. She emphasized the positive changes carried out in the field of education as a result of the recommendations of the Public Defender and the Council of National Minorities under the Public Defender. She emphasized the reforms being implemented in the Public Broadcaster in cooperation with representatives of national and religious minorities.
Discussion was held at the end of the meeting, during which participants talked about the steps that should be taken for increasing the effectiveness of integration.
