On April 11, 2023, Levan Ioseliani, Public Defender of Georgia, met with Maaike van Koldam, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Georgia, and spoke about the recent human rights situation in the country.

At the introductory meeting, the Ambassador congratulated the Public Defender on his election to the position and expressed readiness for further cooperation.
