National study on sexual and reproductive health and rights
The study focuses on the quality and access to maternal health and family planning services, as well as complex education on human sexuality. It is noted in the document that the systemic problems of reproductive and sexual health and rights, which are related to financial problems, social barriers and lack of information, have particular impact on the rights situation of ethnic minorities, persons with disabilities, women and girls living in rural areas.
The study showed that there is no systemic view regarding post-delivery services; teens lack complex education or full information about their body or reproductive health, which increases the risk of dangerous behavior.
The document includes findings and recommendations that will help relevant agencies in the process of developing legislation, regulations and policies.
The national study on reproductive and sexual health and rights was prepared with the support of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA)
